HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery times can vary depending on region and country. Belgium has a delivery time of 1-3 business days. The rest of Europe has a delivery time of 3-7 business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays excluded. All delivery timeframes are estimates only.)
I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Don't worry, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance! Provide us with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we can make the necessary changes for you. Once we update your email address, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email to the updated address.
I have placed an order however I haven’t received order confirmation?
Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on email@example.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to Europe.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject the delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number.
Can I get a full refund if I purchased using a gift card?
All products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
What form of payment methods do you accept?
Depending on which country you are from, we offer different payment methods! For Debit/Credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, ApplePay and IDEAL. To avoid the possibility of any checkout errors, do make sure also to check that your overseas usage feature is activated—you may contact your local bank to enable this option. Please note that we do not accept any bank transfers, prepaid cards, and any other mode of payment unless specified above.
Can I change my billing information after ordering?
Sorry, we are unable to edit the billing address once you have successfully placed an order. Don't worry! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
When will I receive my Gift Card?
Your e-Gift Card will be emailed directly to your inbox in a matter of minutes!
Where do I enter my discount code?
At the final stage of checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code, you enter it there and then click apply. Automatic codes are filled in automatically and deducted from the total amount. If you have any problem finding it then please contact us.
