I have placed an order however I haven’t received order confirmation?

Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on support@doyouskin.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number.

What form of payment methods do you accept?

Depending on which country you are from, we offer different payment methods! For Debit/Credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, ApplePay and IDEAL. To avoid the possibility of any checkout errors, do make sure also to check that your overseas usage feature is activated—you may contact your local bank to enable this option. Please note that we do not accept any bank transfers, prepaid cards, and any other mode of payment unless specified above.

Can I change my billing information?

Sorry, we are unable to edit the billing address once you have successfully placed an order. Don't worry! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

When will I receive my Gift Card?

Your e-Gift Card will be emailed directly to your inbox in a matter of minutes! 

Where do I enter my discount code?

At the final stage of the checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code, you enter it there and then click apply. Automatic codes are filled in automatically and deducted from the total amount. If you have any problem finding it then please contact us.

Will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or other charges?

Some countries charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Do You Skin has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly. 

 It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Do You Skin will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
